Paul K. may have the extras.• Poyganaire’s didn’t the Christmas Tree decorating contest in the park but did get visibility.• Drifter’s DNR Snowmobile Safety Class passed 26 students• Wolf’s Pack DNR Snowmobile Safety Class passed 24 and 25 students. New business• The 3 yr CD is due in April, the 2yr CD is due next April and the 1 yr CD is due in May. There was discussion about getting a better rate. Jason is looking into better interest rates. Community First is offering a very good rate on a specific term CD.• Take a look at your signs and replace faded ones – Signs and Designs on the west frontage road in Oshkosh can do a new overlay if the sign is still reflective.• Cruising Paths club is disbanding after 50 yearsRaffles• Springbrook – sold out of tickets. This way they can be drilled and mounted like a trail sign. New business Winneconne – Signing Marble Park Dec. 10th. Poyganaire’s are wondering how far into town from theleft they need to sign. They have 3 barrels of signs. They don’t have the snow fence. Groomer rates are up $8-9, groomers up $10 corresponding to the increase DOT rates. So DOT rates forrolling is $92.05 and $8 labor. (Panning also helps build a base.) Poyganaire’s are sponsoring (decorating) a Christmas Tree in the park. Vote for their tree. Veteran’s Ride January 16th Upper Michigan has a re-route for the ski hill resort, 1 yr trial, combined effort with clubs and state. Drifter’s are having a DNR Snowmobile Safety Class Dec. 7th and 10th Wolff’s Pack is having a DNR Snowmobile Safety Class Dec. 12th 15th, and 17th Raffles Springbrook – Will be raffling off a snowmobile again. ISC asked the AWSC to host the 2024 Conference – will be Jun 4,5,6th at the Green Bay Radisson Beware of the contracts your landowners sign – Hwy 21 in Wautoma. Beware of fiber optic lines. Many of the new lines are not buried very deep. New state representatives will require new relationships SNARS – Non-funded trails will need a description so they can be added. Grooming contract will be rewritten and be called Grooming & Maintenance Contract Hospitality Rooms – They have become popular so places have limited the number of rooms. Watch Legislators – election year turn over SNARS – County deadline is May 15th. Route must be integral to trail to be funded at 50% non-grooming. Looking into coating the snowmobile crossing in Winneconne via a grant. Need coating pricing. The Fair boothhad interest as a good public relations opportunity and generated discussion – Thank You banner, leafletwith Alliance and club’s info, cost of outdoor booth. Paul K was selected as the chair regarding anoutdoor booth. Mike G. was going to book the AWSC trailer. Jim K. motioned for the fair booth with a$500 limit to cover booth, banner, and leaflets. The motion passed. WCSA Fair bartending – It was voted to bartend again this year and that it should be Friday night. Club Dues- Executive Board voted to keep club dues the same. Raffles Springbrook Poker Run – Book purchase gets you in a drawing. Poker Run ends the last Saturday inMarch. Wolff’s Pack Calendar Raffle starts in March, 650 tickets to be sold, multiple chances to win, $10 perticket.
