February 2018 Alliance Minutes
The Feb. 27th, 2018 meeting was called to order by President Jason Ollanketo at 7:35 PM at REV’s Bowl Bar and Grill. The minutes were read by Jason Ollanketo. Motion to approve the minutes was made and accepted.

Treasurer’s Report
Please join the county alliance to see a copy of the Treasurer’s Report.

Director’s Report
Jason gave a AWSC report in Mike Giese’s absence. The Convention is in Green Bay on March 23–25.

Trail and Grooming Report
Pre-season – Trails are closed. Trails closed but ATV tracks were found on the SW portion of the county trail system as Jason and Paul GPSed the remaining funded sections of trail. We are about 5 mi. short of the 133 mi. funded total.

Old Business
Get your map box and nameplate.

Map Ad Zone Rep(s) needed for the southern portion. The Alliance will get the dealership ads. Clubs need to get their local business ads. Still need a Zone 5 rep. In lieu of a representative Lisa Breu will get the Spring brook ads. Jim Kumbier will get the Sno-Scats ads. Paul Villwock will get the Sno-Pioneers ads. Mike Giese and Jason Ollanketo getting the northeast region’s ads. (These members currently make up the Map Ad committee.)

New Business
Club Fundraisers: Festival Foods Brat Sale 4-14. Water Volley Ball 1st Sat. in Aug. Veterans Ride – Mike Geise enjoyed his time as a tour guide and wanted to know if the Alliance wished to support the program.

Officer Nominations:
Jason Ollanketo for President, Paul Villwock for Secretary, Lisa Breu for Treasurer, No nominee for Vice President. Nominations for all positions are still open and elections will be held at the March mtg. VP position duties: Substitute for President at meetings and any duties assigned by the president (Chair any Committees formed such as the Map Committee).

At 8:30 PM, the motion to adjourn was made and approved. Next meeting is March 27th, 2018.
