The February 22, 2022 meeting was called to order by President Mark Bombinski at 7:45 PM at Tanner’s Tap and Grill.  The December minutes were read by Paul Villwock.  A motion was made to accept the meeting minutes and were approved.

Treasurer’s Report  

The Treasurer’s report was read by Treasurer Lisa Breu and accepted as read with the following ending balances.

Director’s Report 

• AWSC Spring Workshop is March 25,26 & 27 at the Radisson in Green Bay.  March 3^rd is the room deadline. Springbrook scored 3 pts, needed 7 pts, so the trail did not get funded.  (Keep applying.)  However, the County did gain 6 miles of trail.
• Deaths for the season was 3 but has jumped up to 11.  The DNR will be patrolling more, i.e., the Weenie Roast event at Lakewoods on March 5^th.

Trail and Grooming Report 

• Kwik Trip Access – Springbrook has permission to get to the new Kwik Trip from the north.  It will be signed next year.
• Mark met with Justin who wanted to know if grooming funds could be used for repairs.  If not, they had some funds that might be available.  Unfortunately, grooming funds are not to be used for repairs.  That is what the grant process is for.  The deadline for that is around April 15^th.  Justin is going to have the counties GIS information overlaid on out map for internal use.

Old business

• Maps – Map Boards are done and here.  The QR Code still needs to be generated.

New business

• Brat Fry – The Omro club had the Festival Foods Brat Stand booked for April 13^th.
• WCSA Officer Elections – per the revised By-Laws the Vice-President and Treasurer positions are up for election and are now 2yr. terms.  Jeff Miller accepted Jim Kumbier’s nomination for Vice-President.  The Treasurer’s position is open and in need of nominees.

Raffles

• Springbrook Poker Run – Book purchase gets you in a drawing.  Poker Run ends the last Saturday in March.
• Wolf’s Pack Calendar Raffle starts in March, 650 tickets to be sold, multiple chances to win, $10 per ticket.
• Sno-Scats Gun Raffle, 10 chances to win, drawing 4-9

Adjourn

• A motion to adjourn was made by Marcie and seconded by Lisa.  Motion passed.  Meeting adjourned at 8:08 pm.
