Please come to our meetings to get a copy of the Treasurer’s Report.
Director’s Report
Mark Bombinski attended the AWSC meeting in Mike Giese’s place. The proposed membership dates are July 1st to June 30th. There will be a $2/member dues increase. (Last was $6 to $10 in 2003.) Most clubs said they won’t be increasing club dues. The increase to a $50 trail pass mentioned earlier is not likely.
Trail and Grooming Report
No trails were opened yet this year. Snow in southern WI and northern IL is may be enough to open trails in some southern counties. Remember tails are open by Zone so call Mike Giese with updates and he will contact Rob Way and Jason Ollanketo.
Old Business
Map Committee – All but Marble Park trails GPS’ed. Such trails/spurs are too small for map. They must be longer than 0.2 mi. There are 18 club trails, 8 are main (funded) trails. Trails numbers go left to right, top to bottom. There will be some slight renumbering of trails & intersections. ATV routes will not be added at this time. The committee would like current ads renewed so a total of new ad spaces can be determined. (Pricing $75 single, $150 double or $225 triple. Clubs get $25/ad.) Jason is working with the printer on the format issue and has contacted the county for help.
Warriors Ride – Good turnout. Sno-Pioneers got recognition and an award for highest club donation. They rode with Mike G’s rookie group. Toilet seat award to a member in their group.
AWSC elections – Mike Giese is Director and Mark B is representative by unanimous election.
New Business
Springbrook Poker Run books are due March 9th. Books are available at the stops.
At 8:10 PM, the motion to adjourn was made and approved.
Next meeting is February 26th.
Respectfully Submitted,
Paul Villwock
