The January 25, 2022 meeting was called to order by President Mark Bombinski at 7:36 PM at Tanner’s Bar and Grill.  The November minutes were read by Paul Villwock.  A motion was made to accept the meeting minutes and were approved as corrected.

Treasurer’s Report  

The Treasurer’s report was read by Treasurer Lisa Breu and accepted as read with the following ending balances.

Director’s Report 

• GTS Presentation this afternoon was detailed.  It was different than the one at the AWSC Workshop, which has finally been posted.  This one will be posted as well.
•  Springbrook scored 3 pts, needed 7 pts, so the trail did not get funded.  (Keep applying.)  However, the County did gain 6 miles of trail.
• AWSC Director’s Meeting – Since Act103 passed the AWSC/DNR are expediting a form to get routes off road and become trail.
• New Glarus Brewing was a big supporter of turning a local trail into a non-motorized trail
• Blue Mound – The judge sided with the opposing side so the AWSC lawyer is working on an appeal.
• There were 50,000 trail passes by Dec.
• Annual Meeting is March 25^th at the Radisson in Green Bay.  The Fall Workshop will have a 1 hr. session just for the kids (KAOS).  By-Laws changes with emergency clauses to be voted on.
• Keep up positive image – watch political comments, stuck groomer photos, etc.

Trail and Grooming Report 

• Town of Winneconne – There were 3 people recently fined $118 each for coming off the river onto the (closed) trail and going thru the park.  Need better signing on the route to cross the bridge.  There is nothing pointing to go right to go over the bridge.
• Kwik Trip Access – access is okay from 9^th then cross 116 and use 1^st set of pumps.
• Call Justin about questions to Groomer Contracts or if you didn’t get yours.
• GTS – note if going 2 mph for over 10 min plus or over 15 mph you won’t get paid for that time.  Fill out the (new) form on the main page to submit corrections.

Old business

• Map Ads – Map Boards aren’t done.  The last map board was dropped of tonight.  They will be ready by next month’s meeting.
• AWSC Director & Representative elections were unanimous.  Motion made by Deb B. and seconded by Macie. Mike Giese is the Director and Paul Kuehnl is the Representative.
• Military Appreciation Ride – 75 participants, most were new or inexperienced riders.

New business

• Wolf’s Pack Vintage Show & Swap is January 22^nd at the Vinland Still & Grill
• AWSC Director & Representative elections are next month.  Nominees so far are Mike Giese for Director and Paul Kuehnl for Representative. Both accepted Jason Ollanketo’s nomination.
• Vintage Show in St. Germain coming up.  Register for event.  You’ll have a good time.

Raffles

• Springbrook Poker Run – Book purchase gets you in a drawing.  Poker Run ends the last Saturday in March.
• Wolf’s Pack Calendar Raffle starts in March, 650 tickets to be sold, multiple chances to win, $10 per ticket.
• Sno-Scats Gun Raffle, 10 chances to win, drawing 4-9

• A motion to adjourn was made by Marcie and seconded by Deb.  Motion passed.  Meeting adjourned at 8:30 pm.
