The March 21, 2021 meeting was called to order by President Jason Ollanketo at 7:45 PM at Tanner’s and Grill.  The February minutes were read by Paul Villwock.  A motion was made to accept the meeting minutes.  Minutes were accepted.

Treasurer’s Report  

The Treasurer’s report was read by Treasurer Lisa Breu and accepted with the following ending balances. Some clubs still need to get dues in.  (Wolf Runners – dues & ad)

Director’s Report 

• GPS unit –Will be a requirement for next year.  Order after 7-1.  There are about 620 clubs of which 120 clubs currently have them.  Remember you can’t go back and edit beyond that day.  It is recommended the club goes out and traces the rail before the season starts if there are any routing changes.  The system also clocks you out after being idle for 10 minutes.
• Winneconne Clan Up – Six clubs ha members present to pick up mats, signs, and snow fence.  Good progress was made with all the help.  Discussion on who would be on the Committee – i.e., would Critters be the on the board as a member and the business owner in effect holding 2 positions?
• AWSC Elections – Votes due tomorrow.  Email Stormy your vote if you haven’t already.
• Will email a survey by Survey Monkey from the International Snow Council.  Will email other directors for their club’s By-Laws.  Trails were open an average of 12-14 days.  Zone 4 – 22 days, Zones 1,2,3,5 – 19

Trail and Grooming Report 

• Nothing new discussed – GPS issue discussed above.  Start selling map ads.

Old business

• Officer Elections – President Nominations: Mark Bombinski, Vice-President: Jeff Miller, Secretary: Paul V., Treasurer – Lisa Breu.   All nominees accepted.  Debbie motioned for a unanimous vote, seconded by Marcie.  Motioned passed.  These are one year terms.  Two year staggered terms will start next year after By-Law changes which will reflect the term change.
• By-Laws – Committee (Paul K., Jeff M., Jason O., Lisa B., Paul V.) will have meetings over summer to revise.
• Website – Host Gator charged $150, spent 1.5 hrs on the phone to learn they couldn’t help (with the custom Java script) so they refunded the fee.  Site is up with current ads.  What to do?  Experience with local guys hasn’t been the best.  Host Gator has been good until now.
• Club Raffles/Events – Poyganaires ATV raffle, $100/ticket with 200 printed, drawing Sept. 11 6pm at Jorgies.  Also get your water volleyball teams signed up.  Driftbusters has the Festival Foods of Oshkosh Brat Stand May 8^th 10am-6pm.  Eureka’s 50^th Anniversary

New business

• Trail Closed bags – any interest?  Paul K will get prices are there was some interest.
• WSCA Meeting location – Marcie motioned to have them at Tanner’s Tap & Grill, seconded by Debbie.  Josh approved the availability.  The motion passed.
• Fair Bartending – Debbie Beyer motioned to have the WCSA bartend at the County Fair, seconded by Lisa Breu.  Motion passed with 1 opposed.
• Pizzas at meetings – The motion was made continue having them post COVID-19, seconded by Debbie.  Motion passed.

• A motion to adjourn was made by Debbie Beyer and seconded by .  Motion passed.  Meeting adjourned after 9:00 pm.
