The March 22, 2022 meeting was called to order by Vice-President Jeff Miller at 7:40 PM at Tanner’s Tap and Grill. The February minutes were read by Paul Villwock. A motion was made by Jim K and 22nd by Marcie to accept the meeting minutes as corrected. Motion passed.

Treasurer’s Report
The Treasurer’s report was read by Treasurer Lisa Breu and accepted as read with the following ending balances.

WCSA Officer Elections – Jeff Miller the sole Vice-President nominee and Treasurer position is open. Lisa
motioned to close nominations and was seconded by Marcie. Lisa motioned for unanimous vote for VP
and Paul K seconded. Solution for Treasurer was to have a special election first thing in September.
WCSA Event – Paul K. brought up having a county event like drags, ride, display at Fair. The Fair booth
had interest as a good public relations opportunity and generated discussion – Thank You banner, leaflet
with Alliance and club’s info, cost of outdoor booth. Paul K was selected as the chair regarding an
outdoor booth. Mike G. was going to book the AWSC trailer. Jim K. motioned for the fair booth with a
$500 limit to cover booth, banner, and leaflets. The motion passed.
WCSA Fair bartending – It was voted to bartend again this year and that it should be Friday night.
Club Dues- Executive Board voted to keep club dues the same.
Raffles
Springbrook Poker Run – Book purchase gets you in a drawing. Poker Run ends the last Saturday in
March.
Wolff’s Pack Calendar Raffle starts in March, 650 tickets to be sold, multiple chances to win, $10 per
ticket.
Sno-Scats Gun Raffle, 10 chances to win, drawing 4-9
Adjourn
A motion to adjourn was made by Marcie and seconded by Lisa. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned
at 8:08 pm.
Next meeting is Sept 27, 2022 at Tanners Tap at 7:30 pm.
