October 2019 Alliance Meeting Minutes
The November 26th , 2019 meeting was called to order by President Jason Ollanketo at 7:32 PM at REV’s Bowl Bar and Grill. The minutes were read by Jeff Miller. Minutes were accepted.
Clubs in attendance were:
Springbrook, Wolff’s Pack, Sno-Pioneers, Drifters, Waukau Driftskippers, Sno Scats, Omro Drift Busters, Poygainaire’s, Winneconne Wolfrunners
Treasurer’s Report

The Treasurer’s report was read by Treasurer Lisa Breu and accepted with the following ending balances.
Motion was made Debbie Beyer and seconded by Paul Villwock. Treasurer’s Report was accepted.
Director’s Report
Highlights from the Fall Workshop in Appleton.
The next time the workshop will be in Appleton is 2021.
Trail and Grooming Report
Fields are awfully wet out there
Club Trail signs were handed out.
Groomer contracts – Mike handed out corrected groomer contracts. There are two contracts. Sign and return the last 2 pages on each contract.
ATV Routes – No ATV route on county roads with greater than 1000 cars a day. To designate an ATV route a plan needs to be submitted to the highway department and township. Jason showed the group what the no ATV sign looks like.
Wolf’s Pack was gifted a fuel tank. Does anyone need a 275 gallon fuel oil tank? Contact Mike Geise.

In Winnebago County, there are approximately 186 miles of snowmobile trails and over 6,600 registered snowmobiles. The Winnebago County Snowmobile Alliance (WCSA) represents the 12 snowmobile clubs throughout the county that maintain those trails.
