The November 24th, 2020 meeting was called to order by President Jason Ollanketo at 7:37 PM at Tanner’s Bar and Grill.  The December minutes were read by Paul Villwock.  A motion was made to accept the meeting minutes by Debbie Beyer and seconded by Jason Ollanketo.  Minutes were accepted.

Treasurer’s Report  
The Treasurer’s report was read by Treasurer Lisa Breu and accepted with a motion by Jeff Miller and seconded by Paul Villwock with the following ending balances.

• Lisa is still searching options and needs incorporation paperwork to switch.
• All CD’s are on a 3-year term and will remain at Oshkosh Community Credit Union

Director’s Report 

• Calender sales, call 920-424-3052.
• Get offer’s info.  Cash checks.
• New Group – Deer Hunting Stake Group – will cover concerns & conflicts between numerous user groups (Snowmobile, agriculture, CWD, etc.)
• GPS unit – Mike is having a hassle so far to get correct info.  The $250/season cost is billable under non-grooming.  The GPS unit is assigned a unit (tractor & drag).  On SNARS main page in top right corner click on GPS.  Comments were made about cost – small club with two groomers will be billed $500 combined with their $750 insurance for a few miles of trail.  Where is the $250 reimbursement coming from?

Trail and Grooming Report 

• Not all grooming contracts have been turned in.
• Reroutes – Sno-Pioneers had to reroute along the frontage road due to house construction in the middle of the trail as it crossed a section.  They almost lost the trail thru the horse farm again.  Someone harassed the landowner who had their vehicle parked along the trail.

• Jason brought 100 maps to the meeting
• The last UR here map/sign – Omro may be giving it back, but the club hasn’t met yet this season.
• Mike G has the new AWSC $100 raffle tickets.
• Safety Classes
  • Dec. 5^th 1 day class at Westwood golf course 8:30am-5pm, class is full.
  • Dec. 1^st, 3^rd, 12^th Class 1 6-9pm, 8-11am at the Boy & Girls Club in Neenah, 24 kids signed up.

Dec. 8^th, 10^th, 12^th Class 2 6-9pm, 12-3pm at the Boy & Girls Club in Neenah, 22 kids signed up.

New business

• AWSC Zoom Account – requested access to late to use.  Time slot must be reserved.  Stormy will have to log in and start the meeting.  Jason used his work account this time.  He had investigated getting a free account from someone.  Techsong offers a discount for 501C organizations. Most company’s free accounts have a time limit (40min-1hr).  Motion made by Mike Thomas and seconded by Debbie Beyer for Jason investigate options spending $20 (typical fee).
• MI offers a discount on out of state trail pass renewal.  Does WI have a similar offer? No.  Can register as a resident in they own land in WI.

• A motion to adjourn was made by Debbie Beyer and seconded by Paul Villwock.  Motion passed.  Meeting adjourned at 8:34 pm.
