The November 27, 2012 meeting was called to order by President Jim Kumbier at the Oshkosh Lanes at 7:30pm. The Secretary’s report was read and accepted. The Treasurer’s report was read and accepted with the following balances: WCSA Checking Acct = $6355.05, Grooming Fund Savings Acct = $626.43, WCSA Savings Acct = $6703.07, Certificate = $10,618.43 and Passbook Savings Acct = $25.15.
Mike reported that the AWCS Cap/Step program is still on hold at this time. The AWCS website has a lot of information on it for club officers, everyone should take a look at it. 2013 will be the last year for the fall workshop to be held in Stevens Point, starting in 2014 it will be in Appleton.
Trail and Grooming: Nothing new to report.
Trail Maps: Mike had 4500 maps printed and they are here tonight to pick up after the meeting. If anyone has map ad money, please get it turned into Diane after the meeting tonight.
Club Dues: As of tonight, Springbrook and Omro Driftbusters still need to pay for the club dues, please get them sent into Diane as soon as possible.
Website: Jason reported that the website was not ready yet, but said it would be for the December meeting. The website address will remain the same.
Reminder that all bills should be mailed or faxed in this year. Please turn in any grading or disking bills at this time.
Sign Orders: The signs did not come in yet, so Jim has some that he had and that the parks dept. had, please see him after the meeting if you need any. Hopefully the new signs will be here in about 2 weeks.
Insurance Certificates – Please remember to get a copy turned into Rob Way at the Parks Dept.
Snowmobile Safety Meetings – no club reported that they would be holding any at this time, if you are going to, please let us know so we can get it posted on the Website.
County AWSC Youth Reps: Ryan Miller is the President and Jared Faust is taking over as Vice President. Both Ryan and Jared attended the fall workshop and found it very interesting.
We are moving up the December meeting to December 18, 2012, because of the holidays.

In Winnebago County, there are approximately 186 miles of snowmobile trails and over 6,600 registered snowmobiles. The Winnebago County Snowmobile Alliance (WCSA) represents the 12 snowmobile clubs throughout the county that maintain those trails.
