September 2020 Alliance Meeting Minutes 
The September 22nd, 2020 meeting was called to order by President Jason Ollanketo at 7:38 PM at Tanner’s Bar and Grill.  The December minutes were read by Jeff Miller.  A motion was made to accept the meeting minutes by Marcie Conklin and seconded by Debbie Beyer.  Minutes were accepted. 

Clubs in attendance were: Springbrook, Wolff’s Pack, Sno-Pioneers, Omro Drift Busters, Poyganaire’s, Berlin River Riders                                                                                          

Treasurer’s Report  
The Treasurer’s report was read by Treasurer Lisa Breu and accepted with a motion by Paul Villwock  and seconded with  with the following ending balances. 
Please join the Alliance to see a copy of the Treasurer’s Report.All CD’s are on a 3 year term. 

Lisa expressed interest in moving our checking and savings accounts from Old National Bank to a bank with more branches and more convenient hours.

CD’s will remain at Oshkosh Community Credit Union

A motion was made by Jason Ollanketo to allow Lisa to look into a new bank and move the accounts at her discretion.  Motion seconded by Marcie Conklin.  Motion passed.

Director’s Report 

• Grooming contracts have been corrected.  Mileages and groomers listed were incorrect.
• Due date to return groomer contracts not fully defined, but the normal due date is the end of October.  Mike suggested waiting until the checks are received from the county.
• The contracts can be scanned in and the contracts emailed.
• Email addresses should be in the contract.
• County Did not go to supplemental funding this year but spent nearly all of the regular funds. 

There was some discussion about the rates paid for various types of groomers and tractors

• Top dollar is paid for a 9’6” wide groomer and a tractor of at least 125 hp and with full tracks.
  • Tracks are paid extra over tires

• Snowmobile Recreation Council meets this week to decide on new funded miles.
• AWSC convention was cancelled in Appleton
• On Sunday directors and reps can attend.
• Will draw for the raffle drawing
• Executive actions will be deferred due to minimal attendance with the conventioncancellation.
• Trail Pass system is having connection issues, the AWSC thinks it is on their end.
• Jason mentioned he has had better luck with Google Chrome

Trail and Grooming Report 

• There is 137.5 miles of funded trail in Winnebago County
  • C2 trail is now funded.
  • A request was submitted for funding of Trail C11.

Winneconne Update

• There was a meeting.  Decision was make to proceed forward for the upcoming year with last year’s rules
• Debbie said Poyganaires will reach out to Winneconne about a possible reroute around the park

Old business
Map Update

• Jason brought 100 maps to the meeting
• There is one UR here map/sign left

New business

• Meeting location was discussed
  • A motion was made by Debbie Beyer to stay at Tanners.  The motion was seconded by Marice Conklin.  Motion passed.

Nominations and Elections

• There were no new nominations
• A motion was made by Debbie Beyer and to close nominations.  Motion was seconded by Mark Bombinski Motion passed.
• A motion was made for a unanimous ballot by Paul Kuehnl and seconded by Dave Conklin.   Motion passed.
• Congratulations to the newest officers for the WCSA.

Drifters ball drop raffle is October 10^th .  Tickets are $20.00 each.

A motion to adjourn was made by Debbie Beyer and seconded by Mark Bombinski. Motion passed
