The September 28, 2021 meeting was called to order by President Mark Bombinski at 740 PM at Tanner’s Bar and Grill. The March minutes were read by Lisa Breu . A motion was made to accept the meeting minutes as corrected.

The Treasurer’s report was read by Treasurer Lisa Breu and accepted with a motion by Debbie Beyer and seconded by Mark Bombinski with the following ending balances.

Trail and Grooming Report
Winneconne Trails – Meeting with Paul Olsen, Luke Tennant, trail same as last year, Snow fence to keep people out of the park. Kwik Trip access: can cross the road but need to work out a way to get into Kwik Trip. In the past the trail came in behind K&J Beverage There may have been ditching deep which may make it not work.
Old business
By-Laws – Changes/Corrections: Lisa will send the revised by-laws to Jason for updating.
Fiscal year was changed.
One club one vote. Re Defined the names of officers and updated their duties. Staggered officer elections. Minimum of 3 clubs to constitute a quorum. President casts the tie breaker
Article 4 section 4 and article 5 are the same Keep in article 5
Article 3 bullet A section 1 meet all state requirements to be classified as a snowmobile club.
Article 4 section 3 change without notice to membership to with notice to membership.
